ROANOKE, Va. (SBG) — A baby boy was able to hear music for the first time thanks to a cochlear implant device, and his reaction was one that his mother says brought tears to her eyes.

Noelle Brantley shared the special moment on Facebook in a video that shows her 10-month-old son, Manning, moving to the beat.

"To most people this is just something every baby does, but to me, this is incredible!!! Manning has never danced to music because he’s never heard it. He stopped and looked at me when I muted the sound. Then when I played it, he started dancing....to music that he HEARD!!!" Brantley wrote on Facebook.

Brantley explains Manning has only received two mapping sessions since getting the implant and has been told by doctors that their son could receive up to one hundred-plus sessions before they are able to perfect the sound.
